Cancellations & Refunds

We strongly recommend the buyers/employers have a talk with the sellers/freelancers before canceling any project, as most of the issues can be sorted easily through proper communication. The freelancers at netjobsall.com are all dedicated to offering services by hearing the buyer’s needs. If the employers feel that the freelancers are not responding or communicating properly, then the employers can contact our support team by emailing us to support@netjobsall.com and we will help you in sorting out the issue. 

1. Cancelling a project/service

  • The buyers and sellers have the liberty to request for a project cancellation after the commencement. To make it official, the party who wants the cancellation has to notify the opponent party through text messages via the website. 

If the buyer wants to cancel the project with his money in the safe deposit account that they want to be refunded (subject to section 2), then the buyer must notify the seller about the cancellation by sending a request through request refund action. 

If the buyer does not inform about the cancellation to the seller/freelancer, or the freelancer has completed the project before the cancellation notification, then the buyer must pay to the seller, the full amount for the relevant project. 

  • The freelancer/seller must stop working on the project once the buyer requests for cancellation. Before the cancellation, the buyer and seller must agree to the payment to be paid for the work that is completed before the notification of the cancellation. The buyer must agree to pay the request payment from the held in safe deposit amount if the cancellation is not requested as per the conditions stated in section 2.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the below reasons, the buyer/employer will get the refund from the safe deposit account. 

  • If the seller/freelancer does not respond to the project proposal within 24 hours. 
  • For fixed salary service, if the seller does not deliver the project on time as mentioned in the project proposal. For pay per hour projects if the freelancers do not start the work at all. 
  • If the content produced by the freelancer is of poor quality or the seller does not revise the project for at least 2 times as the changes mentioned by the employer or if the buyer wins the dispute. 
  • In case of cancellation other than the above statements, and both parties mutually agree then the refunds will be subjected to section 3, for the authorization of the refund by netjobsall.com.
  • The buyer should agree to the milestone payment which is paid to the freelancer upon the project that is completed before the cancellation notification is non refundable. And the amount that is held in the safe deposit account will only be applicable as the refund to the buyer. 
  • The buyers should not reverse the refund through the credit card company or bank. Attempting such actions will end in permanent suspension of the account and also the buyer has to face legal actions. 
  • The fees that the buyer has paid for the transaction will not be returned if the transaction is done through a third party gateway.

3. Requesting a refund

Using the “Request Refund” action, the buyers can request a refund held in the safe deposit account. 

The freelancers have the choice to agree or reject the refund request. If the seller does not agree for the refund, then netjobsall.com raises dispute assistance automatically. In case the seller does not respond to the refund within 3 working days, then the refund will be automatically released to the employer under the following conditions: a) the content produced by the freelancer is of poor quality or b)  the seller does not revise the project for at least 2 times as the changes mentioned by the employer or c) the buyer wins the dispute, both exceptional to pay per hour work. 

The refund requests will be approved by netjobsall.com only after the revision of the refund reason and the situations to ensure both the buyer and seller have satisfied with these terms and conditions. If the parties are not satisfied with these terms and conditions, then netjobsall.com will not be compelled to make the refund. 

4. Penalties for refund & cancellation

We do not encourage cancellations and refunds as it will affect the users of netjobsall.com as follows:

  • The seller will have a negative impact and poor ratings if the refund is subject due to the seller’s fault such as poor quality of work, no response or they cancel the project intentionally. 
  • If the buyer cancels the project due to the change in the project needs as early as it is commenced then it will create a negative impact on the buyer’s account. 
  • If a user requests for multiple refunds, then the account will be restricted temporarily or permanently depending on the circumstances.

The refund requests will be approved by netjobsall.com only after the revision of the refund reason and the situations to ensure both the buyer and seller have satisfied with these terms and conditions. If the parties are not satisfied with these terms and conditions, then netjobsall.com will not be compelled to make the refund. 

5. Chargeback

  • We are bound to the instructions if a chargeback or reversal instruction is accomplished if the payment is processed by the third parties or by the payment product issuer and not by us. 
  • You must agree that we will enable chargeback or reversals that are imposed on us (via payment processors) while the buyer pays you the funds through our website. 
  • You must acknowledge that we are entitled to such payments through chargeback or reversal.
